Additional informations:

 

The house was built in 1880 with wood construction and for this time amazingly high ceilings and large windows , so that all the rooms are bright and friendly .

 

It is generally known under the name " Gropstället " , which means the place of Grops ( the family / village name of the first owner) . One finds " Gropstället " often awarded on maps or signs ...

 

With the wood stove located in the kitchen , the house is centrally heated during the autumn and winter months .

Since October 2013, air heat pump for a pleasant room temperature in spring and summer provides .

The old red tile roof was replaced in 2009 by a black metal roof .

In September 2013, the Gropstället received all-new " Traditions " window , double isolated .

The bathroom was also renovated in late 2013 by Swedish tradition and newly equipped and has , like the kitchen, hot and cold running water .

The water supply comes from the house , 30 m deep well.

In the rental prices are all utilities included. In the  time between 01.09.2015 - 30110.2015 is the rent € 370.00 / week plus electricity according to consumption .
